THE DEPARTMENTAL LEADERSHIP TEAM
The departmental leadership team, reporting to the Manager, includes heads responsible for collection and HR, daily operations with accounting support, field supervision, quality control of washed bottles, ICT and digital tracking, financial accounting, hospitality and staff welfare, and assistant collection coordination. This structure ensures efficient recycling operations, quality standards, financial management, technology support, and team welfare.
